Teamwork is a definite must in the dental field, I plan to implement it by actions speak louder than words. I show the students by personally going and helping them clean a room and asking for assistance on wiping down the room for the next live patient, after the student taking a FMX is exhausted and taxed being on a time limit. I go in clear his or hers materials they used, and like I said have someone from the class help wipe down the room and set it up for the next student , and saying out loud, "room 3 is clean & ready". and that's how it works in a dental office. If your coworker is falling behind you go in and ask if they need help and 99% of the time they say yes. Now that's team work.
