Meeting the needs of every student can appear to be a challenge at first, but after looking at the onset, and further exploring ways to expand approaches to students' learning, it can be a fun and rewarding experience for teachers to provide alternative ways in reaching the students to meet, and in many cases exceed, their expectations in learning the material.
Every student learns differently, and we incorporate different techniques in our classroom, because we have a few students with IEPs, and we do not discriminate because they are bright and talented students who will most likely pass their FAA Remote Pilot exams...and obtain their Remote Pilot Certificates so that they will become Remote Pilots-In-Command to operate drones commercially. We use creative measures so they can understand, receive and retain the information we're teaching them. Plus we encourage them with exposure to real-world opportunities and occupations that are more accessible to them than they initially realized at the beginning of this school year. They are one step away from this goal, and it will help change their lives for the better.
