I learned that sometimes you have to be willing to try new things and look at a problem from a different perspective instead of always doing things the same way. I plan to apply this by being more open to new ideas and finding different ways to make my work more efficient. I also want to encourage others to share their ideas because sometimes a simple suggestion from someone else can make a process easier or better. Overall, I think being open to change and improvement can help keep people motivated and make the workplace more positive.<br>&#160;</p>
