This module uses the TC model to help design lessons according to students color profiles. For example, students with blue as their primary or secondary color like to help others. They would do well working on a project in which they can communicate with others and work cooperatively. Students with gold personality traits need rules, organization, and deadlines. Students with green personality traits need to be challenged to expand their knowledge. Students with orange personality traits need to work anytime/any place, be creative, and entertained. Getting to know your students personality traits can help the instructor plan assignments and projects in which the student is comfortable and can do their best work.
