In this course, I learned that andragogy is key to online learning, especially when considering self-direction and the prior experience of adult learners. I plan to apply these principles by allowing students to choose topics of interest, fostering dialogue, and providing constructive feedback. I’d love to hear how my peers are applying these approaches in their courses.
