This module has some clearly defined methods to engage with and motivate the students. I am going to employ the early contact method using a video to greet the students prior to the course and provide them with direct contact information. Also, I will continue to provide efficient and effective feedback but prior to this I am going to initiate chunking the instructional information and providing it in multiple formats such as through video, written or just and audio recording if questions are raised by a student. All of these will help bring the students along in the class with more efficiency and lead towards their success.
