<p>This module was very helpful. This module gave me helpful insight on initial engagement with the students and building that trust first by not only providing contact information on the syllabus but also reaching out to each student individually before class starts to build that connection. Also speaking on the ways to manage your online class and the systems we are to use. Lastly the social engagement was helpful as well. There are so many ways to get our students involved in the class and increase participation. The goal is to build connection and engagement for a good learning experience for all students.&#160;</p>
