The major points that I have learned in this module, is that students knowledge is the most important. Being on time and therefore respecting their time in the learning environment is paramount. Engaging the students more in the format of guide on the side rather than sage on the stage keep students overall more engaged. Different activities than just lecturing gives them opportunities to learn differently work as groups or teams and learn from each other. I also learned, that there is always room for improvement. I have been teaching for 37 years and I still am learning every day, maybe just as much as my students do.
