It is well known that the COVID pandemic caught us unawares and education systems were forced to implement virtual mechanisms for training. At least in Latin America we have had to leran with "cost-benefit" (including the margin of error and improvisation). These years have been a time fo challenges that this course has allowed me to confirm and orgnize better mentally and in the processes from now on. The application of this content is in impoving the practices of social engagement in my classes, but continue to insist that the administrative teams are better involved with students, going beyond the daily formalities that students must do and that are the only moment of encounter with the institution. For example, invite staff members to some subjects to work with them or design some class activities where the meeting takes place.
