From this module, I learned that engaging online students goes far beyond posting content - it requires intentional design, consistent presence, and meaningful interaction. Strategies like clear communication, timely feedback, interactive discussions, varied multimedia resources, and real-world application helps students feel connected, motivated, and accountable. I was specially strucked by how instructors' presence and prompt responses can significantly impact students' participation and persistence in an online environment.
