I learned that both asynchronous and synchronous learning approaches offer valuable opportunities for student learning. Asynchronous learning provides flexibility by allowing students to access course materials and complete activities on their own schedules rather than requiring everyone to be online at the same time. In contrast, synchronous learning brings students together in real time, creating opportunities for immediate interaction, peer-to-peer discussions, and collaborative learning experiences.
