In this course, I've learned that preperation is key when teaching online. To keep learners engaged, its important to design lessons that reach all types of learners. Engagement also means staying on topic while building in intentional moments for collaboration. Allowing time for group discussuin helps learners process information togeather, share perspectives, and deepen their understanding. Im realizing the best online learning balances structure with flexibility.
