Something that I learned in college is bring the problem but a few solutions as well. I know sometimes I struggle to share what's going on in my life because I think to myself, people don't want to listen. So I brainstorm ideas for myself of what I can do to help myself. I then put those ideas into the conversation to ease myself into sharing my stressors but at the same time feel comfortable doing so. My coworkers often have great ideas that they bounce off to me and I feel better sharing this time with them because often they have the same stressors. So we can then bounce even more ideas off each other. It's awesome.
