You must take the time to know each student a little better individually to ensure that they are given the most helpful focal points of studies if necessary. This also helps you orchestrate the class smoothly knowing each student's strengths and weaknesses. Keeping the students involved and creating a plan that the students can relate to keep them engaged and a lesson to reflect from that assures every student that they are indeed gaining the knowledge they need to be successful.</p>
