Learning how to develop professionally, and personally, as an instructor has helped me manage classrooms better. Now, with being in a school district full time, I also have learned how to deliver quality instruction to a classroom full of students for the school year. There are many techniques, methods and habits to utilize effective and quality instruction, and the personal skills in building a rapport with the students that makes the difference in their learning helps them with retention of the material and gain better understanding of what they are learning
