That as Instructors we have a lot of great responsibilities to our students. We need to be to be leaders and role models. That we need to set the tone of our classrooms. We do this by with Modeling Professionalism, managing expectations and motivating our students. We need to show up every day to class prepared and on time. We need to be passionate about the content we are teaching to inspire and motivate our students. This will help keep them engaged so they will want to keep learning and growing as students.
