What I Learned
Something i've learned from this module is that this role is more than just sales. There are many clear roles around how we have to speak to people. what we are and aren't allowed to say. and how we guide them through the process. I also realized how important it is to really know the programs, the enrollment agreement, and the details of the institution so I can answer questions the right way.
I plan to apply this by slowing down a bit on calls and focusing more on understanding the person and making sure there is a real fit. Id like to be someone who is able to give clear and concise information and who is able to build trust and rapport without pushing someone to enroll.
