Doing the Right Thing

What are some positive outcomes your school has seen by employees saying and doing the right thing in their interactions with prospective students and students?

i think the best out come would be retention, student tend to stay in school if they have full disclousure, and understasnding of what they are getting into.

we seem to have a higher retention rate, and the studnet seem to be truly interested in the program they chose to attend adn enroll in.

By being 100% honest and following the rules, we have seen a growth in enrollment and referrals.

Increase in enrollment. We had a waiting last for fall semester. Positive reputation in the community. Employers eager to hire graduates. Gratuates that promote the program.

Positive things we have seen at our institution by "doing the right thing" would definatly haviing students enroll by by former students. Most of our enrollemts are all thru word of mouth.
