Learning the new terminology has been eye opening and that AI is here to stay. I really need to get more familiar with it and use it in ways that make it easier to explain to the students in ways they understand and get more comfortable with it.
This concept can be intimidating and uncomfortable but we can use this to our advantage
I've learned that there are quickly growing and expanding uses for AI that I don't quite understand yet, and that they will impact how I teach more and more going forward.
I would like to learn more about AI as it relates to Chatgpt and other forms like this. To help me work through the use of Ai with my students and help them understand how to use it as a tool and not a crutch or for cheating.
There are several steps to take and consider when implementing strategies for incorporating AI in CTE. The steps include goal setting, assessment, curriculum integration, resources, teacher training, implementation and student engagement, evaluation a feedback, and addressing challenges. I intend to keep these steps in mind as we integrate more AI within our district for our teachers as well as our students.
The use of AI really interests me it is just too new. I believe a more hands on training with follow along steps of how we can use it in a classroom would be so helpful.
I don't know that we'll have specific applications for this until it becomes more widely available, but the theoretical underpinnings are of great interest
This area I am going to follow - out of mine and most of my fellow teachers comfort zones.
