I love the idea of a feedback sheet so they need to write it out instead of keeping their thoughts internal.
Taking the time to reflect and self-assess is vital to improvement in many systems. These elements promote a sense of maturity and pride that one can take in their work product. Working well with others builds a sense of community and the idea of a team approach that was well-covered in other modules.
Learning doesn't end after graduation, it is a lifelong processes. A growth mindset encourages students to see challenges as opportunities to learn and improve. By creating a classroom where curiosity, resilience and continual improvement are valued, I can prepare my students to be adaptable and successful even after graduation.
