The attribute of introspective, integrating skilled questioning in the classroom, using intuition and encouraging students who are doubtful about doing something, corroborate the fact that effective learning goes beyond simply delivering content. It involves creating an environment where students feel valued, supported and motivated to learn.  Incorporating these skills lead to a more energetic, and receptive classroom, nurturing a classroom of inquiry and collaboration

I was particularly drawn to the statement' Highly effective instructors know that they are not teaching one class of 20 students; they are teaching 20 classes with one student in each.' This reinforces the importance of differentiated instructions and the detection that each student has unique needs, learning styles and backgrounds. Interesting question, from my experience especially if they are enrolled within a class with other students, it's a difficult task. You have to be dedicated, extremely caring, well organized, your instructions should be of such that students are well engaged, lots of hands-on activities, especially for the ADHD students. It also requires a lot of monitoring, and one and one basis with these students. Implementing the 'Wax on Wax off' strategy can be very effective in the classroom especially for students who lack certain learning skills. Introducing the basic/ new skills/ easier task that doesn't include much difficulty provides comfortability, confidence to move to the next level. The Initial stage of Academic and Career Planning begins with students discovering their interest and strengths, and then guide them through career exploration and planning with constant monitoring throughout middle school and high school to restructure plans as needed.  Students minds develop and mature as they receive additional knowledge, network with different individuals and are exposed to real world applications, thus their interests may change and their strengths empowered, thus I support the idea of regular check-ins to ensure that students career planning is alignment with their current strengths and interests.

Google space offers so much opportunities for students to collaborate and share information especially when students are working on projects.  The team of students can keep track of what their peers are doing, team members can also provide comments or suggestions  on group members contribution.  Teachers can also monitor students work and can guide students in terms of whether they are on the right track or topic. Students can also ask questions for clarification. AI platforms are becoming extremely popular and teachers are allowing students to utilize it to create documents. One of the issues that  I am experiencing with my students is plagiarism, students no longer want to brainstorm ideas and then utilize the AI platform for additional information or development.  One of the strategies that caught my eyes while reviewing the course is encouraging students to brainstorm ideas, and then use the AI (prezi AI) to enhance the document. For example when students are preparing resumes/letters, they can create a  skeleton resume and then transfer it to the AI platform for enhancement. … >>>
