Engage everyone of all age groups and make sure they are all comfortable with the platform.

I think it's important to keep the students interested and engaged, especially in on-line classes.

It's important to engage all learners and use interactive simulations and social media to switch up the different ways of participation.

I think engaging all different types of learners is beneficial for online classes.  It keeps the students interested and looking forward to what the next assignment entails.

I've learned that it's important for students to be able to interact with their instructor and their peers.  We need to reach each type of learner in the area they best learn.

I have learned that rewards are good, but not if overly used.

A good variety of intrinsic & extrinsic motivators in a class is a perfect mesh.

Keep each day new and exciting, while giving encouragement and security to ask questions.

Teachers really need to make themselves understand all of it's capabilities.

Some students find it beneficial, while others don't find it as reliable.
