Blogs are a great way to promote another form of classroom engagement.

I need to familiarize myself with texting abbreviations due to character limits.

I learned about new media sites that I was previously unaware of.  I'd like to introduce it into my class - after making sure I'm complying with copyright laws.  I also think it's important to use media sources, as the younger generation are very tech savy and I think it will draw their attention into the material more.

Social media can be useful in the virtual classroom.  Biggest hurdle is probably finding which works best for your course.

Grade fairly according to your rubrics and always be firm but fair.

Establish clear guidelines for communication in my online & in person classrooms.

Set clear guidelines and moderate your discussion boards.

There are so many different ways technology can be used in the classroom beneficially.  You may have to try out a few different types until you find the best fit.

Different colors represent different personality types.

Everyone is going to have different personalities and characteristics. We need to reach all personalities and learning styles.
