Flipping the classroom can be done in stages.

The F2F Component allows student to be more interactive in the classroom and assist other student with learning.

I learned about Bloom's Taxononmy as the classification of learning objectives. 

Flipping the classroom concept put some of the learning responsibilities on the student. 

Use different methods to reach every students style of learning.

It's important to get to know your students and allow them to get to know you. This allows the student to connect with each other as well.

Its best to prepare the students and notify of what is expected of them. This allows the student to put forth their maximum effort and pass the course.

Everyone has a different style of teaching. Do what is best for your classroom dynamic. Always be professional!

Intrinsic motivation is more effective in the class setting.

Students feel more secure and confident when the instructor motivates them. Giving positive feedback and encouragement helps students to excel in their learning.
