At my place of employment, we refer to feedback in three steps (1) Briefing-before starting your assigment, it is important to know what is going on with the daily plan. This is a detailed patient planning concept which involves the whole team. (2) Huddles-which can occur anytime during the shift. Making sure things are going according to plan or if any problems or changes are needed. (3) debriefing- how did to shift go. Were their any problems and what did we learn or do to corect the problems. This is done every day.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

How do I deal with these daily stressor? I ask myself is it worth my health, is it harming my family and those around me. My 1 hour lunch from my day job is my Me time.5:00-5:45 is my time to prepare for my class. 10:30pm-11;30pm is trying to catch up with family time. The weekend become Golden Time for all other catch up time.  </div>					<!-- </p> -->

Many parents are impatient and the first thing they think is, "my overly active child has ADHD" and they want their child to be medicated. Some healthcare providers that I work with are hesitant about medicating these young individuals and believe that with better parenting skills are the answer to some of these problems. Each student have the rights and responsibility to learn and let there classmates learn. Class disruption is not allow in my classroom. Verbal counseling comes first, then written and then removal. At my place of employment, we refer to feedback in three steps (1) Briefing-before starting your assigment, it is important to know what is going on with the daily plan. This is a detailed patient planning concept which involves the whole team. (2) Huddles-which can occur anytime during the shift. Making sure things are going according to plan or if any problems or changes are needed. (3) debriefing- how did to shift go. Were their any problems and what did we learn or do to corect the problems. This is done every day.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

Of course! Knowing that I have a job lightens that stress. Knowing that 4;30 pm I am leaving that place of employment and I have other opportunities to look forward to. Do my students stress me out? Sometimes. They are like my children it is my job to teach them. When they get out of hand, I make sure that I stay in control. Do my family stress me out? How do I deal with these daily stressor? I ask myself is it worth my health, is it harming my family and those around me. 	<div class="river_content_display">Working Monday through Friday 7:30pm-4:30pm at a hospital and then teaching Monday-Thursday from 6:00pm-10:00pm, my me time becomes very limited. My 1 hour lunch from my day job is my Me time.5:00-5:45 is my time to prepare for my class. 10:30pm-11;30pm is trying to catch up with family time. The weekend become Golden Time for all other catch up time.  </div>					<!-- </p> -->

Many parents are impatient and the first thing they think is, "my overly active child has ADHD" and they want their child to be medicated. Some healthcare providers that I work with are hesitant about medicating these young individuals and believe that with better parenting skills are the answer to some of these problems.
