Trying to make myself accessible online more and letting students learn more about me.

Positive communication fosters a great online, educational experience.

Online presence and interaction matters.

I will be understanding of today's learners who are seeking work life balance with online learning. 

I've learned that in order to create an engaging course and for students to see that they are being recognized, I must participate in online communications. 

I understand that there are competing situations that may come in the way of student learning. So the goal is just to give counsel and opportunities for students to be understood. 

I learned that with online courses, you must clear and concise. I need to also make sure that I stay on topic. 

I learned to work on making my presence for the online courses known with more consistency in communication. I plan to do this by simply scheduling times to send out announcements that the students will see to know that I am here to support them. 

I've learned that I need to be aware of how to manage the software in which the students will be using for their e-learning. 

A few things that I learned from this section is that I can try my best to use different techniques in delivering information to the students. It can be via traditional lecture, hands-on activities, group demonstrations and more to facilitate learning.
