One lesson I am taking away is just ensuring that I am on time for my class. Also, taking the time to get to know everyone's name while also engaging each other to help the peers in getting to know each other. 

It is truly important to be organized and timely. This will help in facilitating better class time. 

I have simply learned to model behavior that students will want to emulate. I've also understood that I need to also work on being a motivator and be myself to be the most successful in what I need to do as an instructor.
