Communication is essential. I have much more to learn on ROIs. 

I learned that it is extremely important to form relationships with employers but it is also a continuum that requires to constantly cultivate. 

This module put me in information overload. There was a lot to take in, but I was able to get some great ideas. 

This module provides a good template for creating and fostering employer/industry partnerships within your school. 

I was able to get some valuable resources to utilize for future job fairs--very beneficial! 

I am excited to incorporate elevator pitches as assignments for my students next year. I am embarrassed to admit I skipped over them last year....

I enjoyed getting in the weeds of this module! It covers the "nuts and bolts" of planning a career fair and gave me techniques to improve ours. 

Buy in is so important! We have career fairs and we have different techniques that encourage students to get involved. We've had success.
