Classroom Visits and Financial Aid Newsletter

We visit our students every six weeks and throw a pop quiz about their rights and responsibilities. We also remind them to check their emails from financial aid because it may be a very important general announcement, or it could be updates informing them of changes in the industry. We also have a Financial Aid Corner in our Campus Newsletter that's circulated everytime we visit the classrooms. Verifying References

I think verifying the contact information and relationship of the references as the time at enrollment and withdrawal/graduation would be a very powerful tool for making sure a student stays up to date with loan management.
