I've learned that as an admission representative, I need to stay update on policies related to student transfer credits, attend trainings to increase knowledge base, and who's responsible for providing certain resources. 

Take time to find out how the institution advertises to potential students, keep updated on any changes made to the advertisements, and how to explain the admissions process to potential students. 

As an admissions representative, it is very important to remember not to assume when working with students with disabilities! 

At the close of school, students must be given credit for the training received.

I agree with Louis, I had never heard the term Universal Design but I have also seen Universal Designs used around me. Such as, automatic door openers.

 

The refund to the student must be completed within 60 days after the date of termination, and if a student cancelled his or her registration three days when the class begins, a full refund should be made to the student, but the school might recover the amount of items provided to the student and registration fee if charged separately. 

The school director must submit a new application for any additional seminar that the school has never offered. 

School directors and designee must comply with the State rules and regulations at all time. The school director must be present at school during most of the working hours. 

I have learned that it is very complex and requires thought and not immediate action

Always follow policy when dealing with FERPA and if you have any questions, ask before giving any information.
