<p>A best practice for me is to refer to my University Resources to accurately present information about the university. This includes my university's Consumer Information Guide and university website. &nbsp;Accreditation is also one of the most important and common questions a student may have. &nbsp;I direct students to the above mentioned resources to get detailed information as well as the website for the higher learning commission or HLC, which is the accrediting body that accredits the univeristy I work for. &nbsp;This ensure that students are reading information that directly answers their questions.&nbsp;</p>
