What student services are offered by your institution and how do you plan to talk about them with prospective students?
Career services and student success services are offered at my campus. I like to introduce these services during the interview process and follow up with an introduction to the departments during the tour.

During the campus tour both departments are introduced to my prospective students so that they can see the support that our campus provides them.
At orientaion both departments present how they are here to support them and it makes for a smoother transition from admissions to academics.
Having more workshops is a take away that has value.
