I've learn that Title IX is a tool for promoting equity and safety in schools, but its effectiveness is currently hindered by legal, political, and administrative challenges. For it to be truly effective, consistent enforcement, clear guidance, and adequate resources are essential.

Giving guidance can be the difference between a student who just gets by and one who thrives in aviation maintenance. Staying engaged helps you spot potential, correct misunderstandings early, and inspire confidence.

While students set goals to guide them to be successful in class, your job is to support them trough the class to stay on track to become successful. They will remain confident and loyal to the school program to achieve a successful experience.

From reading the topic above, I feel that engagement is vital to keep students motivated. By sharing your experience that apply to the course can give better insight of what to expect in a real life situation.
