I learned that, it is important to have as much knowledge about the institutions programs as possible. I will study the institutions catalog and sit in class rooms to understand the programs better to assist a student.

It is important ti turn over the new student file to the financial Aid department so the student and parents know and understand their responsibilities , and options so far as repayment to the school!
The most important thing I learned is having a note book prepared, with the rules and regulations and roof CIE. Having the transfer information which is in the Schools catalog, policy and procedures manual which should all be in an easy access place!
I think having students to promote on social media is a great tool for schools to advertise!
