I agree with self assessment. Since students are working more independently in distance learning, they should have an increased role in the assessment process.

I agree with the point about testing for what students have learned, that is important. 

I like the guest lecturer concept to provide different perspectives. I would not want the students submitting questions in advance though. Getting the questions in advance is for amateurs.

I agree with the navigational ease part. When the links don't work and the technology part is failing or complicated it ruins the class for learners and instructors. Everyone wants to give up when this component fails.

Therefore this needs to be made sound and checked early and often

Technology is an important aid. Proper use can be a big benefit.

Standards keep us all accountable for what we are teaching and what students are learning. 

I have always liked the idea of a pre-test. This course re-inforced that idea.

More classroom participation is better and less lecturing fromme is also better.

There are more games that I thought possible. I like the crossword idea.

I will use the secret identity game as an ice breaker. I like ice breakers.
