Learning different ways to keep students motivated 

Adult students need positive. reinforcement and feel safe in a classroom environment

keep students motivated and use different teaching styles.

Meet students at the classroom door when they arrive. Get to know their names 

Be prepared before. students arrive. make sure as an instructor! you are ready. to start the lesson for the day 

make students feel comfortable and stress free. 

keep students. motivated and collect as much information as possible on

the subject you are teaching
