Create a baseline for learners and see it through.

Have to figure out whether the students are getting what they need or not and go from there.

There needs to be more than one way to evaluate a student.

Provide feed back to the students.

building is important and being organized is as well.

Knowing the subject matter and applying to real life situations for the students is very helpful.
