In this course I have learned that teaching isn't "one size fits all". Depending on student's experience, background, age, life experience, and learning abilities students require different approaches to learning. Getting to know your students can improve the instructor's ability to teach and help students to have a better overall understanding of the course materials and to be successful in their career after graduation.
