I learned that using Proactive classroom management help sets clear expectations, and keeping the students active with hands-on learning.
Understanding behavior triggers, and establishing trust and respect to prevent any disruptions in the class and lab. I have learned to stay calm, and offering choices to defuse any situations. All students handle learning differently.
Ice breakers captures attention, making students curios and excited about the topic. Students may feel nervous about participating, especially in technical subjects. Its also a way to have a fun in the class room.

Performance Groups in the Lounge are integrated with related learning opportunities offered on these portals. With a few exceptions, Performance Groups are also publicly available to any member of the Lounge to maximize peer-to-peer learning and performance outcomes.
