It is very important to understand waht a student needs

It is important to try and diagnose students disability first, so you can treat it as such

A teacher learns everyday, they learn what and what not to do, in class

It is very important to keep discipline in the class

Taking control of the class is very important, it lets the students know what is and is not tolerated

it is very good to go over class expectations, the first day of class. So new students will know what is expected of them in the course

Different test aplications, are used for different assesments

Assesment is the tool to make sure students are understanding what you are teaching them.

It also helps you understand if the teaching methods your using are working
