I have trouble remembering names and i have to remember that the students don't necessarily have the same enthusiasm about the class that I do.

I make I listen to the student before I react.  I want to allow the student time to vent so then I can better understand and help.

I like to make sure that I include all my students in discussion and group activities to keep them engaged. 

I like to incorporate assignments that required the student to team up and accomplish tasks. I feel like this helps the student because they can get help from their peers and feel more comfortable in the classroom.

This will help me use different techniques to help different students learn the material.

It is important to get to know your students, so they feel comfortable in your classroom.

Planning and preparedness are essential to smooth operating classroom.

Lead by example. I am a big believer in not asking someone to do something that I haven't done myself before. 

I think it is important to use technology to create better learning experiences, scenarios and this could work to enhance  critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Having a lesson plan laid out is a great to keep in check how well you are meeting all the standards for your class.
