Lindsey, Sure - you're right on target with your comments. We have to get to know our students and their generational differences (in general) to understand them more completely. The more we understand, the better we can meet their needs and help hem succeed. Nice job.

Sarah, Haven't heard the term "raw out." :-) Just kidding! You do want to draw on their strengths and encourage students to learn from each other. We even learn from our students. Thanks!
Sarah, Love your "C" words: clear, concise, communication. If you combine that with timeliness, as you noted, the pattern will emerge. Nice job.
Sarah, Yes - without access to the material through the tools, the students would not be able to meet the course objectives. Finding that "happy medium" is not always easy, but you're right, we have to keep trying to find it. Thanks!

Sarah, Excellent. We do have to make sure students understand the expectations and use the rubric to help them learn how to reach the objectives. Thanks.

Mischel, Definitely. Rubrics are like anything else we use or teach in the class - we have to review and revise. It's a continual process. Thanks again for your input.
Carol, Excellent input. Thanks for bringing up the point about the course being student-centered and thinking carefully about the students and their abilities. Nice job.
Christina, We all need professional development to help us stay on that continual learning cycle. We learn from each other and through the course work itself. I am glad you enjoyed Module 4 and keep your live long learning process going. Thanks!

Christina, Keep those announcements coming. The students have a lot of questions answered through these I also have a FAQ discussion board for students to ask/answer each other questions. Thanks!

William, We learn as we go and we can have some flexibility when we build it into our schedule. Make sure you build it in and let students know when you will be checking email and your LMS. Keep working toward finding your balance. Thanks!
