William and Mike, I also put a "troubleshooter's guide" on my LMS and students can check there when they have issued. And, I add to it each semester so it continues to grow. It helps.

corinne, Everything must be reviewed. Curriculum, course content, how you're teaching the course, online tools, students success, learning outcomes, etc. It's a never ending process and evaluations are a critical part of the revision process. Nice job.
