Muriel, There is definitely more feedback provided. We have to make sure it's not too overwhelming. Thanks for your input.

Alana, And, rubrics help instructors as well. They help us be more consistent in our grading and think about the criteria we have set for the assignment/project. Thanks!

Alana, We are all different, yet maybe some people in certain generations are not exactly like we think they are, but there are some generalities. It's good to know our audience. Thanks!
Juliet, True. These both involve the students, the course expectations and communication. All essential elements. Thanks!
Alana, Yes - I like the term "target market" when discussing an audience analysis. We have to know who we are addressing to appropriately communicate with them. Thanks for your input.
Marcia, We have to stay as far ahead on the technology learning curve as we can. It's hard to keep up, but we need to know what tools are available to help our students and help us teach better. Thanks!
Juliet, No, you're not being frivolous at all. We have to use tools that advance the learning and are practical to use. Many times instructors get caught up in using some cool technology just because it's cool. It should enhance learning and help students achieve the learning outcomes.
Marcia, What's a PMP? I'm always interested in learning more about others' certifications. Thanks!
Alana, Time zones - sometimes people forget about this. I didn't think too much about it until I had a student taking the class from Korea. Thanks for reminding us!
