Yvette, You have some strategies that are working for you. I hope you learned a few more in this courses as well. We also all need some "me" time. ;-)

Geri, We do have to learn to say no to manage our time. That is true. We need to think about our priorities and make good decisions. Thanks!

Dave, I definitely like to do thing a big earlier rather than later. I even provide content, discussion boards, etc. to students to allow them to see them earlier rather than later. Thanks!

Amy, And, many times, it's not time management skills, but priority management. It's difficult, but important. Thanks for continuing to learn when you can. Thanks for your input.
Yvette, Helpful hints are great. I usually have a link that says "Start Here!" and it is beneficial to the students to know where to begin. This section includes helpful hints. Nice job.
Yvette, Sounds like you have learned a lot from being an online instructor. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with others. Many of the ones you note in this posting will help students feel comfortable and be more engaged.
Amy, The more we learn, the more we can do efficiently. I like learning about motivating students and simply doing things in a different way. Thanks for continuing to learn.
Dave, Lifelong learning - how many times have we heard that. BUT - it's so true. Thanks for continuing to learn.
Geri, Students tend to like the gamification of learning. These are two good examples. They are good for test reviews. Thanks for your input.
