David, Good point. I also see now in my job as well that is it not only time management, but priority management that is essential. Thanks for your input.

Paula, Yes, connecting the learning outcomes, criteria, project components, etc. all together with the rubric is the key. Thanks for your input.

Ben, Right - it's a guide for the instructor and students. But, the rubric (and the criteria you set) should alleviate opinion. You haven't see a good rubric if you're still concerned about that.
