Sarah, Love it. Different ways to get to the same goal. Isn't that what life and work is all about. We all approach things differently. Thanks for sharing.
Miriam, You have a valid point. If we just put resources out there for no apparent reason and there is no purpose for them, it is distracting. Thanks!
Miriam, Many students need the details you are describing. We many times have to help them with their time management skills and this can be helpful. Thank you.
Miriam, You are right. We all need checklists and guidelines every now and then to keep us on track. These will definitely keep us on track. Thank you.
Mia and Yvette, Isn't it nice when we see others are doing similar things as us. Glad you found the information in this module helpful. Thanks again.
Mia, Excellent. You are learning from your experience. That's the way to go. Thanks for sharing with us so we too can think about the reuse of materials.

Laura, Yes and the neat thing is that rubrics help the instructors and the students. We all understand better. Nice job.

Laura, Glad you brought up the topics of work ethic, motivation, etc. These are important concepts that may differ from generation to generation. Thanks again.

RICARDO, Glad you found the information in this section helpful. As we continue our lifelong learning journey, we keep "plugging along." I do agree that they are all held to the same standards to achieve the learning outcomes, but how they get there may differ from generation to generation or student to student. So, we want to allow for that flexibility. Thanks!
Laura, Right on. When the students understand the expectations, they know what they are working toward. This is essential in the communication process. Thanks!
