James, Who we are affects how we act, communicate, etc. I like that you mention each person has his/her own construct of reality. That is dead on. Thanks for your input in this forum.

Lois, I love what you are saying. Communication through rubrics is essential. Many only see it as assessment, but it is communication of high expectations. Thanks.
James, I agree. We have to be available to be professional! :-) We want to assist students but model good, professional behavior and communication. Thanks.
Lois and Aida, Ah - this is the frustration we feel many times with technology. We have to keep the frustration to a minimum so people will continue to use the technology and succeed. Thanks for your input.
Lois, Communication and cost have come up in a lot of postings. I think you are all thinking on the same wave length. We must have had issues with these things before. ;-) Thanks.
