Walter, Good list. I like that you added the idea of surveying past students. They can tell us a lot about the courses they took and the degree with which they graduated. We can also ask them if they were prepared for the work world. Thanks!

Darakshan, Yes, we need to understand our students as they are all difficult. Not every person in each generation will be exactly as described but in general, these are generation characteristics. Keep that in mind as well. Thanks.

Darakshan, Good list. If the tool is not easy to use and affordable, it will be difficult to implement. There are many tools we can use that will do the job for free and are easy to use. We just have to fine the right tool sometimes. Thanks.
