Joan, I typically tell students my range is from 24-48 hours for answering questions. We do get used to doing that. Thanks!
Joan, I was the same. I loved playing school as a child and loved going to school. But, I too "strayed" for a bit and am now back. Sometimes we just need a break to realize how wonderful it was. Thanks for sharing.

Joan, Wow - three different schools? I'd forget where I was supposed to be when. ;-) Keep up the hard work. It's good that you realize you were born a procrastinator and how to stay away from that. Thanks!

Tom, Glad you brought up the point that there are many different level of objectives. It's goo to keep that road map in mind as you proceed through the course and help students work toward them. Nice job.

Katie, You bring up some very good points. The audience, depending on the level of the course, can be very different. That certainly is a top consideration. Thanks.

Sheila, You're right. The audience, your students, and their level definitely affect how you communication and what you have to do to get them to communicate. Thanks!
Sheila, True - this is a good trio: learning, instructor and content. The technology and the comfort level is essential for all. Thanks!

Jean, Good point. Keeping the supplemental videos short and to the point is best. Nice job.
